Many (ridiculously adorable Japanese) Things. Please Enjoy.

Shinzi Katoh is a zakka-making fool. What is zakka? It's Japanese for "many (cleverly designed, thoughtful, self-expressive) things". He's got his vintage-French-cartoony-inspired illustrations on just about everything. But, beautifully, it doesn't feel over-played. From the tiny little bento-style lunch boxes to the stainless steel canteens to mugs to pencil cases to textiles to plates to totes (and so on), everything feels considered. And I want it all. (I can't get enough of the literal Japanese-to-English translations like "Enjoy Swing" and "Follow Me I Have Delicious Food").
